Low Resistance Conductive Ink For Membrane Keypad

2024-07-31

Application characteristics: very low resistance, no diluent, strong adhesion, low dose, good flexibility, fast curing, excellent silkscreen performance.

The conductive ink is the lowest resistance ink in the electric ink series, the resistance value is 0.01 ohm /□.mil, with excellent conductivity. Mainly suitable for Membrane Switch, RFID antenna, printed conductor and so on. The printing thickness is thinner than ordinary conductive ink, which can save printing ink consumption. With good flexibility, curing fast characteristics, polyester fiber, paper fabric, plastic film and other substrates have a strong adhesion. No need to add diluent, just use. Under strict service conditions, the solvent used can obtain a longer storage time.

Notes for application:
1. The thickness of wet membrane can be set at 0.4-0.8 mils and the thickness of cured film can be set at 0.2-0.4 mils during Screen printing.
2. Common screen-printing equipment usually uses 200-300 mesh polyester filament, emulsion thickness of 1.0 mil.
3. For thicker films, steel stamps can be used.
4. Good curing effect can be obtained by curing twice. The decrease in electrical performance will not exceed 3%.
