Paste steps: Cleaning: clean the inner liner, casing or paste position (paste surface is required to be smooth, no rust, no oil, no dust). Check the size: put the Membrane Switch (before peeling) on the place to be pasted to compare whether it is qualified; Alignment: Tear the adhesive on the back of the film Switch from the side about 10mm (no Button area is better), and then paste it to the corresponding position. Check the position of the whole switch, and then continue to paste; Paste: peel and paste (the surface curvature of the film switch shall not be greater than 15°).
Storage precautions:
1. The front and back of the product are generally covered with transparent Keypad to protect the product surface or display window from scratches. Protective film should be retained.
2. After taking out some parts from the original package, tie the rest tightly as is, but not too tight.
3. The tactile products need to be packed upright to prevent the long-time pressing of the keys from weakening the tactile feeling.
4. The cable and connector of the membrane switch should be well protected and should not be placed downward.
